Fitness has always been my life. Growing up, my walls were covered in posters of Olympic gymnasts and ballerinas. I was mesmerized by the body’s power and possibility even before I understood its full meaning.
Today, I’m honored to be known as a Celebrity Trainer and Global Fitness Expert. In 2001, everything changed. I was hit by a drunk driver. My car exploded into a ball of flames. Every doctor and expert told me I’d never move the same again.
But I refused to give up. I used my expert knowledge to rewire my body, reset, and rejuvenate my system to optimal health. I relearned everything. I trained with The Chinese Acrobats and earned multiple certifications in every fitness modality across the globe. I became living proof of what the body can do.
I’ve spent the last two decades sharing my mastery. I teach what I learned: that pain does not define us. That recovery is possible. Movement is medicine. I’ve created programs for arthritis, stroke recovery, post-heart attack, injury recovery, pre-and-post pregnancy, kids, athletes, and people who never thought they could be strong and pain free again.
